Normally I spend my Christmas eve at my friends house with her family but this year I took Mom to mass. On our way to church she was telling me stories about some of her Christmases. She was also telling me that the new pants she had on she didn't like because the pocket was in the back. Well when we got to church I lifted up her jacket and we both were laughing because she had her pants on backwards. It was funny but you can tell she was frustrated in herself for doing that.
We get inside the church and of course she becomes the greeter and chats with everyone. Father gives her a big hug and tells her she looks beautiful. and she did cause I fixed her hair. lol... We sit next to a lady that she knows that just got over chemo and radiation. The lady had a wig on but looked great for her age. She told Mom not to worry that the chemo made her feel better. She also told Mom that she was having Chemo in Athens and Mom told me that if she has to take Chemo that she is not going to Knoxville to have it. After Mass I think everyone came up to chat with her we were about the last family to leave. Bring back memories......
It was pouring rain and she was worried about Tyler coming home from Knoxville so I had to call him to tell him to be careful. I get Mom inside and ready for bed and then it's off to my house to wait on Tyler.
Well he's home and hungry and tired. So I fix him polish sausage and banana pudding. He eats and goes to sleep. I wake up at about 12:30am to take Bruno out and NO Tyler! Yep he's gone and I'm thinking Did Santa kidnap my baby? I was mad not at Tyler but at Santa. I call Tyler's cell phone and say Where are you? I'm at Matt's playing Guitar hero. What is this Guitar Hero that takes Mothers baby's away from them on Christmas eve! I will research that!
I'm looking forward to Christmas with Haylea. We are suppose to be there in the morning. That means I have to wake up Tyler with his Guitar Hero hangover and here him BITCH about being sleepy. What a way to start Christmas! When we get to Stephanie's I will have to cook breakfast. We normally do it at my house but now with Haylea it's all about her. I can't wait.....to see Haylea not cook.......

I miss this the most!
You know it's funny when the kids were smaller and living at home I would do laundry,work in the kitchen etc... and I would hear from Tyler " I'M TRYING TO SLEEP! CLOSE MY DOOR" Well it's 4:30 am and all I hear is QVC on the TV and on occasion I hear a growl from Cooter(cane) because he doesn't want Bruno (Able) in his bed it's not the same. I really miss hearing Tyler bitch about me being up early. It makes me want to call his cell phone to hear" God Mom it's 4:30 in the morning and I work" Needless to say the days I needed to sleep and he was running in and out of the house and I would say Tyler I'm sleeping. It's called PAYBACK! So the question is Do I call and wake him up or do I understand that he has a job and needs his sleep? Hummmmm what to do............................. :)
